Wow, it's already my 20th entry here, I'm surprised! Some people may think, that it's not that much but I actually consider it quite a high number of entries, so - thanks to everyone following me here and much love to my people at home, reading this blog! I ♥ u!

I actually promised, to upload the pictures from my Tôkyô trip earlier this summer, didn't I? And I couldn't manage it to the present day so... how about some pictures from my recent trip to Japan's capital?

Wow, das ist bereits mein 20. Eintrag in diesem Blog, ich bin doch ein wenig überrascht! Einige werden denken, dass es nicht wirklich viel ist, aber ich halte es eigentlich schon für eine stolze Zahl, von daher - Danke an alle die mir hier folgen und gaaaanz viel Liebe an meine Leute zuhause, die das hier lesen. Ich ♥ euch!
Da es ein Jubiläum ist, ein besonderes Thema für diesen Eintrag!
Ich hatte eigentlich versprochen, die Bilder von meinem Tôkyô-Aufenthalt im Sommer hochzuladen, nicht wahr? Und ich habe es bis heute nicht geschafft also... wie wäre es mit Bildern von meiner letzten Reise in die japanische Hauptstadt?

♥[/caption]As you might have heard on the news, there was a huge taifun said to hit Tôkyô this weekend, but as I wanted to attend a concert on saturday evening, I couldn't change my travel plans, although I'm not that fond of taifuns to be honest. So I booked my night bus ticket for the night of friday. As you might have heard too, at 2am on saturday an earthquake hit Japan again, with the epicentre close to Fukushima [again], as far as I know, it even reached a 7 on the scale, so it was a pretty huge one, although it was neither that strong in Akita nor in Tôkyô, it unfortunately hit me while being on the bus and pretty close to it, and a earthquake on a bus is not the best experience, I can tell you. I had been sleeping and woke up, because the whole bus was shaking, I slipped from my seat to the floor and was totally confused, because I didn't realize that an earthquake was going on. I really thought, the bus was driving strange routes! As I arrived in Tôkyô and my friend told me about everything, I slowly realized what was going on and I'm kinda happy, that I had been so naive.
On my way back ever ground wave made me feel insecure so I had a hard time falling asleep.
Wie ihr vielleicht in den Nachrichten gehört habt, wurde für jenes Wochenenede ein starker Taifun für Tôkyô angekündigt, aber da ich am Samstag ein Konzert besuchen wollte, konnte ich meine Reisepläne leider nicht verschieben, obwohl ich wirklich kein Fan von Taifunen bin, und habe mein Ticket für den Nachtbus für Freitagnacht gebucht. Wie ihr vielleicht auch mitbekommen habt, ereignete sich um 2 Uhr morgens Ortszeit ein weiteres Erdbeben in Japan, das auf der Richterskala soviel ich gehört habe sogar eine 7 erreicht hat, und dessen Epizentrum ziemlich nah an Fukushima lag. Es war zwar weder in Akita noch in Tôkyô besorgniserregend stark, aber mich hat es im Bus erwischt (und das auch noch relativ nah) und ein Erdbeben in einem Bus ist nicht gerade ein erstrebenswertes Ereigis. Ich hatte geschlafen und wurde davon geweckt, dass der gesamte Bus wahnsinnig gewackelt hat. Ich bin sogar von meinem Sitz auf den Boden gerutscht, aber ich habe keine Sekunde daran gedacht, dass es ein Erdbeben ist, das ist eigentlich lustig. Ich dachte, der Bus fährt eine 'etwas unebene Strecke'. Als ich in Tôkyô ankam, und meine Freundin mir dann von allem berichtete, wurde mir auch allmählich klar, was eigentlich passiert war.
Auf dem Rückweg fiel es mir auch sehr schwer einzuschlafen, da ich innerlich bei jeder Bodenwelle zusammengezuckt bin.

#5[/caption]I visited lovely Yaya from http://dollisworld.blogspot.de/ who I dearly miss up here in the north (;_;') I managed my way through the heavy rains and storms in Shinjuku to her flat with a lot of effort (unfortunately my umbrella didn't survived as well as me....) and we went to get me some breakfast first, as it was 8am. (The nightbus leaves Akita at 10pm and reaches Shinjuku at around 7.55am. The other way round it leaves at 10.30pm and arrives in Akita at 8.05am) We talked a bit and she got some sleep, as she went to a party the night before and stayed awake to wait for me ♥ Later we got ready to leave for Harajuku to find an outfit for me for the evening. It's kind of a tradition, that we're buying an outfit together before seeing a particular bassist :)
We found myself even two absolute perfectly fitting dresses and hurried to our next stop; Sweets Paradise!
In Tôkyô besucht habe ich die liebe Yaya von http://dollisworld.blogspot.de/ die ich hier oben im Norden ganz schön vermisse (;_;') Mit Ach und Krach habe ich mir meinen Weg durch die Stürme und Regenwände in Shinjuku gebahnt und bin heil an ihrer Wohnung angekommen (mein Regenschirm leider nicht ganz so heil...), wo wir mir erstmal Frühstück besorgt haben, da es 8 Uhr morgens war. (Der Nachtbus fährt in Akita um 22.00Uhr ab und erreicht Shinjuku um 7:55Uhr. Umgekehrt fährt er ab um 22:30Uhr und hält in Akita um 8:05Uhr) Wir haben uns ein wenig unterhalten, dann hat sie noch ein bisschen geschlafen, da sie in der Nacht davor bei einer Party war und extra aufgeblieben ist um auf mich zu warten ♥ Später haben wir uns dann für Harajuku fertig gemacht, um mir ein Outfit für den Abend zu suchen. Es ist eine Art Tradition, dass wir gemeinsam ein Outfit suchen, bevor ich einen gewissen Bassisten sehe :)
Wir haben dann sogar zwei absolut niedliche Kleider für mich gefunden und sind schnell zum nächsten Stop gehuscht: Sweets Paradise!

I was too greedy LOL // Yayas Teller sah immer schöner aus als meiner, ich war zu gierig LOL[/caption]Sweets are kind of expensive in Japan, especially cakes and this kind of things, so it's always nice to go there! It's an All-You-Can-Eat restaurant for all kind of sweets one can imagine. The best about the restaurant chain is, that they're not only serving sweet dishes but also pasta and curry for example.
The price is with 1 480Yen (about 11€) a good deal and you can eat for 90 minutes (but we're mostly finished earlier because otherwise we would just explode) everything you want and drink what you want! Sweets Paradise does have stores in Harajuku, Shibuya, Yokohama, etc. and everyone has a slightly different menu as well as different kind of speciales. This time for example was the Halloween Special and a lot of pumpkin sweets had been prepared! I love pumpkin!
Süßigkeiten sind relativ teuer in Japan, besonders Gebäck wie etwa Kuchen und Torten, daher ist es immer gut dorthin zu gehen! Es ist ein All-you-can-eat Restaurant mit allem möglichem an Süßem, das man sich so vorstellen kann. Das Gute an dieser Restaurantkette ist, dass sie nicht nur Süßes haben, sondern auch Nudeln oder Curry.
Der Preis ist mit 1 480Yen (in etwa 11€) nicht schlecht und man kann in 90 Minuten essen was immer man möchte und trinken, was es eben gibt (auch wenn wir meistens früher sind, da wir sonst schlichtweg platzen würden)! Sweets Paradise hat Restaurants in Harajuku, Shibuya, Yokohama, etc. und jedes hat ein etwas anderes Menü sowie andere Specials. Wir hatten jetzt beispielsweise das Halloween Special, und es gab jede Menge Kürbiszeug! Ich liebe Kürbis!

高田馬場AREA[/caption]I went alone to the concert that evening, because Yaya didn't like the bands playing. Well, I didn't like most of them either but it was better than expected and I had loads of fun ♥♥ Always nice to meet certain people!
The next day we decided to to some shopping for Yaya and went to Shibuya 109. I really have to say that I'm slightly impressed that we really found some things there, as some years ago I clearly hated this store. Well, people change I guess?
Zu dem Konzert bin ich allein gegangen, da Yaya die Bands die gespielt haben nicht mochte. Gut, ich mochte den Großteil auch nicht, aber ich hatte dennoch Spaß, es war nämlich besser als erwartet ♥♥ und es ist immer schön, gewisse Menschen zu treffen!
Für den nächsten Tag hatten wir beschlossen, für Yaya ein bisschen shoppen zu gehen sowie Kaiten-Sushi und Honey Toast essen zu gehen und sind ins Shibuya 109 marschiert. Wobei ich wirklich sagen muss, dass ich erstaunt bin, dass wir was gefunden haben. Bis vor einigen Jahren habe ich diesen 'Tussiladen' noch gehasst, Menschen verändern sich vermute ich?

Kaiten-Sushi is mostly offerend in smaller, restaurants, with few places to sit down (understandable as everyone needs to have access to the line), but that doesn't affect the quality it's nonetheless fresh and delicious! For those who had never heard of kaiten-sushi; that's the sushi, going around on a line, and you're picking up the dish you want. Prices depend on the color of your dish, starting at 120Yen (ca 90ct) up to 400Yen (ca 3€)I've never had kaiten-sushi in Japan, that's why we went there and I was super pleased with the choice of restaurant Yaya made ♥ My favourite, beside the all-time favourite たまご (tamago= egg) of course, was the マグロ(maguro = tuna) which nearly melted on your tongue...hm....!
Kaiten-Sushi wird meistens in kleineren Restaurants angeboten, mit relativ wenig Sizplätzen (was logisch ist, da ja jeder Zugang zum Fließband haben muss), was aber die Qualität überhaupt nicht beeinflusst; es ist nichtsdestotrotz frisch und lecker! Für die, die von kaiten-Sushi noch nie etwas gehört haben; das ist das, bei dem das Sushi auf einem Fließband im Kreis fährt und man sich das herunter nimmt, das einem gefällt. Die Preise gehen nach der Farbe des Tellers und beginne bei 120 Yen (etwa 90ct) und gehen bis zu 400Yen (etwa 3€). Ich hatte Kaiten-Sushi in Japan noch nie, deswegen wollten wir dort hingehen und Yaya hat ein schönes Restaurant ausgesucht ♥ Mein Favourit war, neben meiner immerwährenden Liebe 卵 (tamago = Ei),definitiv マグロ(maguro= Thunfisch), der einem fast auf der Zunge zerging... hmm...!

マグロ!!!!![/caption]We went on with the shopping trip, by buying shoes for me (that's only the 5th pair since I'm here, it's still legit, k?.... not really I know but I love japanese shoes) because I had chosen bad shoes to walk long distances (and you're always walking kms in Tôkyô) and then went on to Shinjuku, where we checked a book store for Japanese Language Profiecency Test Books and the docomo store for a mobile internet card for me (that didn't work because docomo is just f'cked up.).
Wir setzten den Shoppingtrip fort, indem wir mir Schuhe gekauft haben (das ist erst mein 5. Paar seit ich hier bin, das ist noch legitim, okay? ... nicht ich weiß aber ich liebe japanische Schuhe!), weil ich mir ziemlich schlechte für längere Strecken ausgesucht hatte (und in Tôkyô läuft man immer Kilometer), und sind dann weiter nach Shinjuku gefahren, um in einem Buchladen nach Japanese Language Profiecency Test-Büchern zu schauen und im Docomo-Laden nach einer Mobileninternetkarte für mich (was nicht funktioniert hat, da docomo scheiße ist.).

#5[/caption]After checking all the shops we wanted and walking a bit through Kabukichou, we managed to find the shop Yaya discovered for Honey Toast. Eating Honey Toast was one of the things we planned for the weekend and I'm so happy, we could make it! (^.^)/ Although it was way too huge to eat!!!!
We hadn't had Honey Toast before and therefore didn't know, that they're that freaking huge!! It's like a whole package of toast you can buy at a supermarkte, only in one piece with icecream, whipped cream and other sweet things! It's unbelievable to eat it on your own I guess!
I chosed one with custard / ganach filling and couldn't finish even half of it, and people who know me, do know how much I love eating sweets, but that was just too much even for me. I felt so sick after eating only half of it lol
Yaya chosed one without filling but with a really sweet caramel sauce, she could eat a bit more than me, but she couldn't finish it either. If you ever go out for eating Honey Toast a good advice from my side; share it with your friends. lol
Nachdem wir alle Läden in die wir gehen wollten durchhatten und wir ein wenig in Kabukichou herumgelaufen sind, hatten wir auch den Laden gefunden, den Yaya für Honey Toast gefunden hatte. Honey Toast zu essen war eines der Dinge, die wir für dieses Wochenende geplant hatte und ich hab mich so gefreut, dass wir es geschafft haben! ♥ Auch wenn es viel zu groß war !!!!
Wir hatten Honey Toast noch nie zuvor gegessen und wussten daher nicht, dass es gleich so groß ist! Das ist wirklich ein Laib Toastbrot, den man auch im Supermarkt kaufen kann, dort eben geschnitten, mit Eis, Sahne und anderem Süßkram! Es ist fast unmöglich das zu essen glaube ich!
Ich habe einen mit Vanillesoße und Ganache bestellt und konnte ihn nicht einmal zur Hälfte essen und Leute die mich kennen wissen, was für Mengen an Süßem ich in mich hineinstopfen kann, aber da war mir nach etwa der Hälfte schon so dermaßen schlecht... lol
Yaya hatte einen ohne Füllung, dafür mit sehr süßer Karamellsoße bestellt, konnte ihn aber auch nicht ganz essen. Wenn ihr jemals Honey Toast essen geht (was ich jedem empfehlen würde ♥), ein kleiner Ratschlag meinerseits; Teilt ihn mit Freunden. lol

The next day we therefore skipped breakfast, went to Shinjuku in the morning to get me a curling iron and went to Shibuya again, because Yaya had to go to university as it was monday. I skipped university for this day because I wanted to stay longer in Tôkyô as the weekend would have been too short for me.
Before she had class, we went to that french bakery in Shibuya, which is seeling awesome bread and other things! We got our lunch there but it was sooo hard to decide what to chose! (;_;') Really good bread is rare here in Japan, as it's mostly the sweet, american sandwich thing which every german person hates like hell, and I felt so happy as we ate our buyings!! Of course we shared everything we bought and also had some halloween specials. Pumpkiiiin ♥
Nachdem wir versucht hatten, das zu essen war uns so schlecht, dass wir um den Shinjuku Bahnhof gelaufen sind und den Bands die dort gespielt haben zugehört haben, in der Hoffnung dass es besser wird. Hat nicht funktioniert. lol
Aus dem Grund haben wir am nächsten Tag auch das Frühstück sausen lassen, und sind morgen skurz nach Shinjuku gefahren um mir einen Lockenstab zu kaufen. Später dann wieder nach Shibuya, da Yaya zur Uni musste, weil es bereits Montag war. Ich habe Uni geschwänzt um einen Tag länger in Tôkyô bleiben zu können, ich gestehe.
Bevor sie allerdings Unterricht hatte, sind wir in diese geniale französische Bäckerei in Shibuya gegangen, die wahnsinnig tolles Brot und andere Leckereien verkauft! Wir haben unser Mittagessen dort gekauft, aber es war soooo schwer sich zu entscheiden! (;_;') Gutes Brot ist selten in Japan, da es hier nur dieses süße Sandwichzeug gibt, das jeder Deutsche hasst wie der Teufel das Weihwasser und ich war so glücklich, als wir unsere Einkäufe vertilgt haben! Wir haben natürlich schwesterlich geteilt und auch Halloweenspecials mitgenommen. Küüüürbis ♥

Then we sadly had to say good-bye as she went to work (Q.Q) Fortunately Mimi had some spare time for me and we first went to a book store, because I wanted to buy some english books and walkted to Harajuku together, chatting all the way. Ahh~ how I missed my friends ♥♥
In Harajuku Mimi and me went through La Foret and I have to say that I'm sooo disappointed! I'd loved laForet so much but now it's just confusing and all the new brands are so not my cup of tea any more... sad.
As Mimi had to leave too, I waited for Julia from http://tokyooverdosed.wordpress.com/ who wanted to meet me too but unfortunately hadn't had time earlier.
I had to wait for quite a while, the she arrived with some friends and after few discussions we went to Karaoke. As I dislike Karaoke to a point it's not funny any more, I left quite early, walking through area for some time. I really like walking through japanese cities at night. I feel a lot more secure than in Germany although this might be a deception...
Danach musste Yaya leider auch schon zum Unterricht und ich bin ein bischen durch die Gegend gelaufen, bis sie fertig war. Dann mussten wir uns leider auch schon verabschieden, da sie zur Arbeit musste (Q_Q) Glücklicherweise hatte Mimi Zeit für mich und sie zeigte mir in Shibuya einen Buchladen, in dem ich englischsprachige Bücher kaufen konnte. Später sind wir dann nach Harajuku gelaufen, während wir uns unterhalten haben. Aaa~ ich habe meine Freunde so vermisst ♥♥
In Harajuku sind wir dann einmal durch LaFort und ich muss schon sagen; ich bin enttäuscht. Ich habe LaFort so sehr geliebt vor einiger Zeit aber jetzt ist es nur verwirrend und die neuen Marken sind so gar nicht mein Stil. Schade...
Da Mimi dann auch recht bald los musste, habe ich noch auf die letzte meiner Freundinnen gewartet, Julia von http://tokyooverdosed.wordpress.com/ die dann auch nach einiger Zeit mit zwei Freunden kam. Nach kurzer Diskussion sind wir zum Karaoke, aber da ich Karaoke auf den Tod nicht leiden kann und diese Musik mir Migräne bereitet hat, bin ich nach einer Stunde gegangen und noch allein ein wenig durch Tôkyô gelaufen.
Ich mag es, nachts durch japanische Städte zu laufen, irgendwie fühle ich mich dort sicherer, was aber auch ein Trugschluss sein kann...

#4[/caption]As I enjoyed the time with my friends a lot and felt a bit sad, to leave them again I was really happy as I met a band playing at the Shibuya Station. I normally do not listen to bands playing there, but they were really good and I enjoyed the half an hour I listened to them a lot! ♥ They really cheered me up and I continued my way to Shinjuku, where I had to get my luggage and reach my bus in time.
Well... you need to know, that the Shinjuku station was created by the devil himself. It's just impossible to get through there, if you're outside of the station and need to go from the east exit to the west exit - exactly what I had to do. I tried to find my way for over an hour and I was completely desperate, I had no idea what to do because my mobilephone was low on battery and who could have helped me? I asked a bunch of people but everyone sent me in a different direction, even the men working at the station weren't helpful at all because they had no clue, where my bus terminal was.
It was horrible!
I honestly thought about just leave and go back to Yaya's because I had only half an hour left untill my bus left and then a japanese girl picked me up and 'carried' me to the terminal. She really saved my life I had been so desperate I'd killed someone if that had helped... I knew that it takes about 20minutes from the Shinjuku station to the bus terminal where the bus for Akita is leaving and I had 10minutes left to change my clothes and get on the bus just in time. I was so relieved as I was sitting on my seat,done with the whole world lol
Da ich meine Zeit in Tôkyô und mit meinen Freunden sehr genossen habe, war ich ziemlich traurig als ich so herumlief und eine Band, die am Bahnhof gespielt hat, hat mich aufgemuntert. Normalerweise höre ich den Bands dort eher nicht so zu, weil Ausländerin und so, aber die waren wirklich gut und mir ging es besser danach. Musikmensch ♥ Also habe ich meinen Weg nach Shinjuku fortgesetzt, wo ich mein Gepäck holen musste und dann meinen Bus erwischen musste.
Jetzt muss man wissen, dass der Bahnhof in Shinjuku vom Teufel kreiert wurde. Es is nahezu unmöglich, einigermaßen seinen Weg zu finden, wenn man außerhalb des Bahnhofs ist und vom Ostausgang zum Westausgang muss - so wie ich. Ich habe eine geschlagene Stunde versucht, herauszufinden wohin ich muss und ich war schon komplett am Verzeifeln, mein Handy war nämlich auch leer und außerdem hätte mir eh keiner helfen können! Ich habe einen Haufen Leute gefragt, die mich alle in verschiedene Richtungen geschickt haben. Nicht einmal die von der Station wussten, wo das Busterminal ist!
Es war furchtbar! Der Bahnhof hat halt an die 50 Aus-und Eingänge?!
Ich hab ernsthaft darüber nachgedacht, es einfach sein zu lassen und zurück zu Yaya zu fahren, als mich eine Japanerin aufgegabelt hat und zum Terminal begleitet hat. Sie hat mir in etwa das Leben gerettet, ich hätte nämlich schon jemanden getötet, hätte mir das weiter geholen. Ich wusste, dass man von der Station bis zum Busstop an die 20Minuten braucht und ich hatte auch wirklich nur noch 10 Minuten um meine Klamotten zu wechseln und in den Bus zu klettern.
Oh Gott war ich erleichtert als ich endlich dort war!!

Meine Reise nach Tôkyô endete mit einem verspäteten Bus und dem daher verpassten Zug in Akita City, was zu einem Aufenthalt von einer Stunde geführt hat aber gut... passiert hier im Niemandsland.
